Design
We deliver detailed 2D and 3D representations of your project, including animation and virtual reality walkthroughs, so you can see the building before it exists. Our design work also covers structural, electrical and mechanical engineering, which is where functionality, safety and efficiency are actually decided.
You change your mind at this stage, not at the plastering stage. That is the entire reason we do it.
Construction
From single residential units to multi residential, commercial and religious projects, we build complex designs to the same standard from foundation to finish. Same engineers, same reporting, whether it is one house in Lekki or a whole address in the Urban GRA.
Real Estate
We source and secure premium residential and commercial property, for people buying somewhere to live and people buying something to hold. That means finding it, checking the title, negotiating it and closing it, not sending you a list and wishing you luck.
Four Conversations, Then We Start

You tell us what you are building.
Sketch on paper, Pinterest board, or a full brief from another architect. All fine.
02.
We tell you what it will actually cost.
If the schedule and the standard collide, the schedule moves. You hear it from us before you hear it from anyone else.
03.
We design it, and you walk through it.
Drawings, engineering, and a walkthrough you can move around in before anything goes into concrete.
04.
We build it, and you watch us do it.
Site access whenever you want it. Reporting you do not have to chase. One named person who answers.
