Terms & Conditions of Transaction

1. Investment Agreement
All investors must sign a legally binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) before participation.

2. Payment Terms
Investment is confirmed only after full payment is received.

• Payment must be made into officially designated company accounts.
• Cash payments are not encouraged unless formally acknowledged.

3. Investment Tenure
Each plan has a fixed maturity period:

• 12 months
• 18 months
• 24 months
• 36 months

ROI is payable only at maturity unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Profit Structure
Returns are fixed based on the selected plan and documented in the agreement. Returns are not compounded unless explicitly stated.

5. Early Termination

• Must be requested in writing.
• May attract processing fees.
• Is not guaranteed before maturity.

6. Force Majeure

• Government policies
• Natural disasters
• Economic disruptions
• Unforeseen regulatory changes

However, reasonable effort will be made to protect investors’ interests.

7. Transparency

• Project updates
• Development progress reports
• Clarifications regarding structure

8. Legal Compliance
All transactions are governed by applicable Nigerian laws and regulatory frameworks.

9. Acknowledgment

• Understanding of the investment structure
• Awareness of associated risks
• Acceptance of stated terms
